Revenue Controller (UK market)

Revenue Controller role for the UK market with hybrid work arrangement in Warsaw, Poland. Responsibilities include matter opening data verification (e.g., VAT number, address, billing rates), administering billing terms and billing flows, supporting matter structures, processing and finalizing draft bills, uploading invoices to client portals, ensuring e-billing compliance, and assisting with credit control activities such as invoice reminders. Collaborates with Finance Billing CoE, participates in process improvement, and maintains KPIs and high standards of quality control. Key technical skills include Accounting, Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Billing Management, Data Entry, and Excel; knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is preferred. Requires 2 to 4 years of Order-to-Cash experience in billing and credit control, strong English communication, attention to detail, and willingness to travel to the United Kingdom for learning and training assignments. The role sits within the Linklaters LGS team in Warsaw and reports to the Revenue Team Leader, with standard working hours and a 3-month probation.
