Job Summary

Revenue Performance Coach is a client-facing advisory role guiding business owners through revenue priorities within a structured coaching engagement. The coach conducts discovery to diagnose revenue constraints and execution gaps, then drives implementation of Cardone Ventures' Marketing and Sales frameworks with accountability and momentum. Responsibilities include translating proven systems into business-specific action, holding clients accountable between sessions, and producing measurable outcomes. The role involves managing a portfolio of ~40 active coaching clients, designing and launching high-converting offers, installing a Revenue KPI Dashboard, mapping revenue funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), facilitating live training calls and office hours, and coordinating with L&D to curate course sequences. Travel up to 15–20% for in-person events is expected. Core competencies include sales-process design, offer structuring, objection handling, lead generation, CRM discipline, and effective communication across coaching calls and written documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5–7 years of experience in sales leadership, revenue operations, marketing execution, business coaching, or client-facing roles with direct revenue accountability
  • Proven track record of coaching or training business owners or sales teams to implement revenue-generating systems
  • Hands-on experience implementing sales processes, offer frameworks, lead generation systems, or revenue funnels in a client-facing or internal capacity
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous client or coaching engagements against defined milestones with consistent on-time delivery
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Asana, and Gong; familiarity with the 10X Business Academy platform is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Cardone Ventures' Revenue Essentials Workshop, the 10X framework, or comparable structured sales and marketing methodologies
  • Relevant certifications in sales coaching or marketing execution (e.g., HubSpot, Sandler, Pragmatic Marketing) are a plus
