Job Summary
Verify revenues and expenses for gaming and non-gaming audits by ensuring procedures are correctly performed across all collecting areas. Safeguard owner assets, maintain organized backup paperwork, and communicate effectively with staff, internal audit departments, and outside auditors. Comply with policies from the Sac & Fox Gaming Commission and National Indian Gaming Commission while monitoring the casino environment for safety. Report to work on time, sign audit sheets, and submit required reports and information to appropriate individuals. This role requires an associate degree in accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CashTrac, and the ability to obtain a gaming license. Full-time positions offer a comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft Excel, including formulas, and software applications, specifically CashTrac
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license in accordance with the regulations established by the Sac & Fox Gaming Commission
- Cannot have an immediate family member, as defined in the team member handbook and/or other applicable policy, in any audited outlet or gaming department
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have good math, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must have good computer skills
- Must have the ability to use a 10-key machine by touch
- Must be able to be timely and accurate with assignments and have the ability to work well under pressure
- Must be flexible with shift and days off
- Must be able to meet all internal supervisory or higher, training and education requirements
- Must be confidential
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for holiday shifts
- Must be available for on-call shifts
