Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Revenue Audit department, managing daily gaming, cage, and non-gaming revenue audits. Ensure compliance with MICS, NIGC regulations, Tribal Gaming Agency requirements, and internal controls by reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, income journals, and audit reports. Investigate discrepancies to recommend corrective actions while supporting month-end close and external audits. Maintain Title 31 compliance within operations and develop improved audit procedures and internal controls. Hire, train, coach, and develop Revenue Audit team members. Partner with Finance, Compliance, and operational departments to ensure accurate reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five or more years of progressive experience in casino revenue audit, accounting, finance, or gaming operations
- Two or more years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and internal controls
- Experience with casino management systems such as LNW, IGT, or similar software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience
