Revenue Assurance Manager

Job Summary
Develop and enforce policies ensuring accuracy in patient billing, claims submission, and financial reporting. Oversee a team managing revenue accounting, admissions, and receivables while investigating claim denials and implementing corrective actions. Maintain relationships with insurance providers and corporate clients to negotiate contracts and resolve disputes. Track key performance indicators on denial rates and clean claim volumes to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and collaborate with clinical and finance teams to optimize revenue capture. Lead the revenue cycle department, setting targets and fostering a culture of accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or BsC in Nursing, Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Health Information Management, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in a hospital and/or insurance setting
- at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Strong working knowledge of insurance and care billing processes

- Proficiency in Hospital/Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) and billing software
- Familiarity with SHA, private insurance and corporate care protocols
