Revenue Assurance Manager

Lead governance and delivery of fee and interest changes across AJ Bell, owning the end-to-end pricing change lifecycle to ensure compliant delivery, robust controls, and accurate charging aligned with policy. Coordinate with key stakeholders to prioritise and approve fee/interest changes, ensure UAT readiness and signoffs, manage pricing-change projects, and drive process improvements and regulatory compliance (including consumer duty). Support stakeholder training and maintain clear documentation and audit trails; prepare PCWG packs and management updates; oversee team performance, resourcing, and capability procedures; leverage Excel, JIRA, and Power BI to analyse data and report on status, risks, and outcomes.
