Job Summary
Revenue & Cost Analyst to analyze revenue and COGS performance, explain variances vs. budget, partner across departments to improve financial results, support the monthly close, and develop and automate financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Build understanding of key customers and contracts, identify trends and opportunities through data analysis, document SOPs, and grow into FP&A responsibilities. Strong Excel, ERP experience (Great Plains), and detail-oriented ownership are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains) and reporting tools
- Exposure to revenue recognition, cost accounting, or contract-based analysis
