Job Summary
Analyze property performance, occupancy trends, and market conditions to optimize revenue across the portfolio. Develop pricing recommendations using revenue management tools and monitor ancillary revenue programs including parking, storage, and utilities. Create reports and dashboards for operations and executive leadership while partnering with regional property managers to implement revenue strategies. Conduct market surveys, evaluate pricing approaches, and assist with annual budgeting and forecasting. Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable manner. This role supports Flaherty & Collins Properties' mission of creating value through vibrant communities by leveraging data to drive smart financial decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, multifamily operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with reporting and business intelligence tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple, meaningful way
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Naturally curious, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Experience with revenue management software, property management systems, or pricing platforms is preferred
