Job Summary
Cluster Revenue Coordinator supports Marriott's Revenue Management team to maximize room revenue across the cluster by maintaining accurate reservation and inventory information, implementing revenue strategies, and monitoring system performance. Collaborates with Sales, Reservations, and hotel operations to ensure optimal inventory management and compliance with company initiatives. Responsible for supporting room inventory management, maintaining reservation system data, preparing competitive analyses and sales strategy reports, assisting with rate and inventory controls, generating monthly reports, supporting forecasting activities, updating Revenue Management reports, performing system checks, and aiding the implementation of sales strategies in reservation systems. Requires proficiency in Excel and business-level Japanese, and must have the legal right to work in Japan; a high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Must have legal right to work in Japan (Japanese citizenship or a valid work visa/work authorization).
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
