Revenue Analyst

Manage rooms inventory to maximize cluster revenue and maintain reservation system accuracy. Prepare competitive analysis documents for market sales strategy meetings and manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions. Perform month-end reporting, auditing, and forecasting to target revenue needs. Generate and update property and market reports, monitor forecasted demand, and run daily system checks. Assist with system maintenance, training new associates, and implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems.
