Job Summary
Issue and distribute invoices, process new contracts and sales, and track accounts receivable to ensure accurate billing. Collaborate with departments to resolve customer complaints, assist with account reconciliations, and prepare analytical reports for monthly and quarterly audits. Address billing issues, support audit requests, and take part in finance department projects while maintaining tight deadlines. This role supports the accounting department's billing operations within a global technology leader serving the financial services industry.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting role
- Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication ability
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
