Revenue AI & Automation Architect

Revenue AI & Automation Architect to design and scale the systems powering Fonoa's go-to-market organisation. Own architecture, integrations, workflows, and AI tooling across GTM, Data & Integrations, and Business Partnerships to automate account research, lead qualification, forecasting support, customer health analysis, and renewal preparation; build scalable workflows that separate data, business logic, and user experience; ensure data quality, governance, and operational visibility across the GTM stack; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, and Product; work with Salesforce and AI/automation platforms to deliver measurable productivity gains in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Strong Salesforce experience, complex integrations, and production-grade AI-powered workflows are required; 5+ years in GTM Engineering or related roles; experience with LLMs/AI APIs and tools like n8n, Clay, Make, Zapier, Workato is highly valued. Remote option available for London-based role; role is full-time and senior in scope.
