Revenue Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead all aspects of operational accounting with a heavy focus on revenue recognition under ASC 606, IFRS 15, and US GAAP. Responsibilities include managing cost of sales, accounts receivable, and commissions; developing, implementing, and maintaining revenue recognition policies; reviewing customer contracts to assess impact of complex transactions; ensuring SOX 404 compliance; supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; analyzing financial data to provide insights and risk assessment; partnering with Operations and Finance teams; and responding to ad hoc management requests. Requires 6+ years of revenue recognition experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of), and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with NetSuite and FloQast is a plus; proficient in Excel; capable of working in a dynamic, virtual environment with international collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of)
- 6+ years of revenue recognition experience
- Expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and US GAAP
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and their practical application
- Ability to act independently and drive productivity improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite and FloQast experience a plus
