Revenue Accountant

Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end monthly billing cycle, ensuring accurate invoice generation and resolving discrepancies between contracts, Salesforce data, and financial records. Support the revenue close process by preparing journals, reconciling deferred revenue, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards. Deliver revenue analytics through variance analysis and trend reporting to inform commercial decision-making and forecasting. Partner with Sales, FP&A, and Operations teams to validate billing inputs, drive process improvements, and implement automation initiatives within Oracle Financials and Salesforce. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to prepare documentation and enhance internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
- 0–2 years PQE
- Background in billing, revenue accounting, and analytics
- Experience or exposure to Salesforce (billing or CRM data management)
- Experience or exposure to Oracle Financials or similar ERP system
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home
- Travel may be required from time to time
- Work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role
- Multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC
