Job Summary
Analyze multi-element arrangements and process daily revenue transactions using an ERP system. Review executed contracts to ensure compliance with ASC 606, maintain internal controls for SOX, and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close activities. Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for unbilled receivables, accounts receivable, and deferred revenue while assisting with Standalone Selling Price analysis. Participate in ERP implementations, external audits, and process improvement initiatives to streamline revenue accounting. Assist Sales and Finance leadership with accurate customer and sales metric analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2–4 years of accounting experience
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite or comparable platforms
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Understanding of SOX/internal control requirements
Desired Qualifications
- CPA certification or progress toward CPA
- Experience with revenue automation tools, such as NetSuite ARM
- Experience within a software, technology, or similar industry
