Greet customers warmly, transport tailgating equipment to designated areas, and maintain guest sites while checking in to ensure needs are met. Manage the Welcome Tent guest services area, direct guests, and provide assistance to ensure smooth operations. Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of tasks including setting up and breaking down equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring operational efficiency. Be proactive with special requests such as moving equipment back to vehicles and assisting with cleanup and maintenance. Keep all areas tidy and presentable throughout the event to represent REVELxp standards. Respond promptly to customer needs with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
