Job Summary
Execute premium events at local properties by creating site maps, customer logs, and catering setups while managing inventory and quality control. Hire, train, and motivate part-time game day staff including bellhops, hosts, and security personnel. Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align operational priorities and maintain seamless vendor relationships as the primary point of contact. Provide excellent onsite customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and proactively enhancing the overall fan experience. This seasonal full-time, hourly role runs through December with an opportunity to transition into full-time, salaried employment. You will operate in a high-pressure environment supporting the General Manager or Event Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality solutions.
