Job Summary
Execute premium events at local properties by creating site maps, customer logs, and catering setups while managing game day staff such as bellhops, hosts, and security. Coordinate weekly meetings to align operational priorities, maintain vendor relationships, and oversee inventory and quality control to ensure smooth execution. Address guest inquiries onsite, synthesize key information for decision-making, and solve problems before, during, and after events. Maintain assets between events and travel to international sites as needed. This seasonal role supports the General Manager in delivering exceptional fan experiences across college and professional sports properties.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and nurturing relationships in a dynamic event environment
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen ability to gather and synthesize key information to support effective decision-making
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating poise and adaptability in the face of challenges
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and achieving desired outcomes
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g. event materials, signage)
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- Manual dexterity to handle event materials and technology
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces
- Good visual acuity and attention to detail
- Ability to travel to event sites, including international, as needed
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, or multi-day work assignments
