Job Summary
Oversee premium seating management operations on campus, establish an on-campus satellite office, and manage administrative tasks and logistics. Lead and mentor full-time and part-time staff, recruit and train interns and game-day staff, and oversee payroll processes (background checks, e-verification, direct deposit, hours documentation). Build and maintain positive relations with donors, seat holders, vendors, and university administration. Design and produce communications such as services guides, menus, web content, and newsletters. Collaborate with the athletic department to present operating budgets, pre-season facility maintenance reports, post-game issue reports, and year-end summaries. Coordinate booking and operation of off-season/outside events in designated facilities and participate in project coordination for conference championship fan events. Strong emphasis on customer service, operations, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, campus-based hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service and hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Ability to travel to event sites, including international, as needed
