Job Summary
Act as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality Office and athletics department, performing GOLD Standard Service for guests, fans, and staff while monitoring entrances and enforcing access control protocols. Fulfill requests, manage food and beverage needs, dispose of trash, and ensure all game day policies are upheld across premium seating areas. Work the entire football day shift from five hours before kickoff to ninety minutes post-game, standing or sitting for extended periods and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Maintain operational policies and serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance, custodial, and Athletic Department personnel. Available to work all home football games at Faurot Field, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for additional events like basketball and concerts based on supervisor evaluation.
