Job Summary
FANgineers act as game-day ambassadors in premium seating areas, delivering the highest level of hospitality to fans, donors, and guests while upholding game-day policies. They perform standard service duties, monitor access and tickets, handle pre-, during-, and post-game tasks (including requests, trash disposal, facility and food/beverage needs), and may gain opportunities to work additional events. The role emphasizes frontline guest experience, customer service excellence, teamwork, reliability, adaptability, and clear communication in a fast-paced stadium environment. Hours are per-game and hourly, with compensation of $14/hour and benefits including holiday pay where applicable. Eligible to work in the U.S. per Georgia Tech Athletic Hospitality guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work all home football games (includes some nights and weekends)
