Job Summary
Conduct final setup checks, move coolers and chairs, and manage guest unloading at assigned tailgate sites for University of Kentucky games and Keeneland races. Monitor cleanliness, direct guests to tents, and assist with vehicle loading before closing sites and managing equipment breakdown. Perform quality control according to layout diagrams while maintaining high attention to detail throughout 9-12 hour shifts. Work Saturdays from September to November 2026 in part-time roles (6-20 hours/week) at $13.50/hour, reporting to Event Managers and General Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as a team
- High attention to detail
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- Manual dexterity to handle event materials
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces
- Good visual acuity and attention to detail
- Committed, friendly, and honest individuals

- Available to work on all Saturdays in which Kentucky has a home football game
