Rev Ops Business Analyst

Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track KPIs (pipeline evolution, win/loss, velocity, quota attainment); analyze PPs/COS data to identify trends and improvement areas; equip field ops and leadership with performance decks; generate sourcing and renewal forecasts; support weekly/annual budgeting and executive-level reporting; collaborate with field sales ops, central sales ops, and tool ops to optimize funnels; bring a data-driven approach and automation mindset to Malt’s Project Partners & Customer Onboarding & Success teams in Paris.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a fast-paced and quantitative environment
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field or Business
- SQL proficiency with ETL experience
- dbt data modeling experience
- Python scripting
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Fluent English
- Experience automating tools/reports with AI (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research) or Business
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a fast-paced and quantitative environment
- Full-stack data analyst mastery with SQL expertise, ETLs, data modeling tools (dbt), Python scripting, and data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau)
- Fluent English with strong communication and storytelling skills
- Business acumen with a hacker mindset and experience automating tools/reports with AI (preferred)
