Reunion and Major Gifts Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate reunion programming and St. Mark’s Fund outreach; staff donor recognition events; recruit and manage volunteers; maintain data integrity in the development database; support planning of alumni events including Homecoming, Alumni Weekend, Class Reunions, and Alumni Leadership Speaker Series; assist with stewardship and major gifts cultivation; collaborate with Development Office and front-line fundraisers; represent the School in official capacity as needed; require bachelor’s degree and strong communication, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor-management software; may involve occasional travel and after-hours work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in fundraising, relationship-building, or donor development at the independent school, collegiate, or comparable level
- Excellent written, verbal, and social media communication skills
- Ability to staff and staff events and to engage diverse constituents
