Job Summary
Log in returned and delivered items, research returns without Return Authorization Numbers, and process all return paperwork by moving items to proper locations. Communicate with the Customer Care Center, customers, and UPS regarding returned orders, verify product matches, and reship orders. Invoice credit memos, modify returns documentation, and deliver priority packages and mail throughout the facility. Restock returned product to low-bay and hi-bay locations while adhering to safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned and assist in building a positive work environment. This role supports the Customer Care Center and Credit teams at the Sparks, NV warehouse.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant warehouse experience
- Requires interaction with account executives, customers and/or team members in English
- Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require
- Support or rotate to other production functions as needed
- Maintain a safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to SanMar's safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Welcome and help new employees in a positive manner, as required
- Assist in building a positive and productive work environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Essential days or overtime may be required
- Constantly required to stand, walk, talk and hear
- Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 60 pounds
- Frequently uses both hands as well as full range of motion of the neck, head and back
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, grasp and perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions
- Frequently required to climb stairs, kneel/squat, bend and carry
