Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and process returned products following established guidelines. Identify product condition and determine appropriate disposition such as restocking, repair, or disposal. Perform data entry and update inventory records using warehouse systems while using computers and scanners to document return status. Sort, label, and organize returned items for the next step in the workflow. Maintain accuracy and productivity standards within the returns department, keep workstations clean and safe, and assist with general warehouse support as needed. This full-time role requires a minimum of six months of warehouse experience and is available Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or returns processing experience
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and return workflows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift regularly in a warehouse setting
- Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Prior returns, inventory, or quality inspection experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
