Job Summary
Unload incoming products, stock inventory per guidelines, and pick customer orders following established processes. Palettize, wrap, and stage orders according to standard operating procedures, then repackage and re-label cartons per specific customer requests. Ensure all safety guidelines are followed, identify product defects, and maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions throughout the facility. Requires forklift certification, strong physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and clear communication skills. This role involves Monday through Friday shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of inventory
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Willingness to learn & adapt
- Reading and writing skills
- Forklift certification
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Warehouse Experience
- Ability to identify product defects
- Ability to follow all safety guidelines
- Ability to ensure good housekeeping and safe working conditions
