Job Summary
Process, sort, and label returned product per publisher instruction using powered equipment as needed. Accurately update inventory systems, record return reasons and codes, and communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies. Adhere to all safety policies while operating forklifts and standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift. Requires previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience and basic computer skills. Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm, with overtime including Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- Basic computer skills needed to accurately scan, sort, and process products
- Previous forklift experience
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
