Job Summary
Oversee daily returns and SEIDS warehousing operations while coordinating with delivery contractors and the transportation manager to ensure all SKUs and manifests are accounted for. Investigate Not on truck and delivery claims alongside client warehouse leadership, enforce safety procedures, and manage department personnel through hiring, coaching, and annual reviews. Monitor performance metrics to maintain accuracy and build a positive work environment. Requires minimum two years of warehouse management experience and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, moderate excel
- Able to communicate well with all levels of management, exceptional interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented- department failures can cause inaccurate contractor/client claims
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate and consistent results
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
