Job Summary
Drive Power BI governance, AI adoption, and process optimization across returns operations by identifying automation opportunities and developing AI-driven solutions for forecasting and trend analysis. Own the Power BI environment, standardize KPIs, and ensure data accuracy while automating validation workflows to improve efficiency and audit traceability. Provide actionable insights to leadership and redesign processes to reduce manual effort, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Logistics, Sales, and IT to align reporting. Act as a team or project leader providing direction on complex situations and facilitating decision-making within established policies. Full-time, First Shift (Mexico).
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience
