Job Summary

RMA Admin responsible for processing and managing RMA requests, tracking approvals/denials/credits, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams in a remote environment. Role involves handling returns and damaged inventory across warehouses, creating outbound orders and transfers, maintaining accurate transaction records, and adapting to process changes while ensuring efficient resolution of high-volume cases.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or Accounting
  • 1–3 years of experience in: Customer Service, Accounts Receivable / Collections, Administrative / Back Office operations, Financial reconciliation processes
  • Experience managing high-volume workflows or case queues
  • Advanced English (written and reading)
  • Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems (ERP/CRM preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
