Receive, inspect, and process returned products according to company policy, determining item condition to classify them for restocking, damage reporting, or vendor returns. Prepare and package items for return to stock while maintaining clean, organized return areas and ensuring safety compliance. Assist in monthly inventory counts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve return discrepancies.
