Job Summary
Returns Associate focusing on sorting, labeling, and put-away of returned product. Duties include inspecting merchandise against requisition, recording defects and quantities, packaging for resale, receiving and evaluating returns, researching product information, managing core sorting bins, maintaining UPS staging, and keeping the check‐in area orderly. Utilizes pallet jack and other material handling equipment; emphasizes teamwork, cross-training, safety protocols, and 5S methods to optimize workflow and workplace organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year experience or equivalent
- experience with material handling equipment: Pallet Jack
- read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- effective verbal communication
