Returns Associate - 1st Shift - $23.25/hr

Unload return packages, unbox shipping materials, and repackage items while maintaining accurate records in SAP, EWM, and Microsoft systems. Inspect returned products to determine restocking, scrapping, or repackaging needs, and report equipment or process issues affecting quality, cost, or safety. Troubleshoot return-related issues, suggest process improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles, and support receipt and tracking of credit return orders and complaint-related returns. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with on-call rotation as needed. This role supports daily operations in the Returns Department at Stryker Corporation, a leading medical technology company.
