Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, and inventory control. Direct staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores while maintaining operational accountability. Requires prior retail management experience at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 to $20.50 with eligibility for year-end bonus, tear-down premium pay, and retention pay programs.
