Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. This role requires prior retail management experience at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. The position involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 to $20.50 with benefits including year-end bonus, tear down premium pay, and retention pay programs.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 21
