Returning Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and manage the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Handle shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. This role requires prior retail management experience and the ability to handle physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
