Job Summary
Oversee and manage the total operation of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 21, while meeting physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.

- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must have a flexible schedule
