Job Summary
Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing Guest Services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 21. This role requires prior retail management experience at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween. The position involves physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 to $20.75, with eligibility for Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program.
