Job Summary
Oversee and maintain store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by managing guest services, controlling expenses, and handling shrink. Direct staffing, merchandising, inventory control, seasonal setup, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain flexible scheduling while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. Handle physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires prior retail management experience. Eligible candidates must have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
