Requires a minimum age of 21 with a flexible schedule and prior retail management experience at a Spencer's or Spirit Halloween location. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 to $20.50, with eligibility for Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program.
