Job Summary
Oversee the total operation of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store. This role requires a minimum age of 21 with a flexible schedule and the ability to stand or walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Eligible candidates receive a year-end bonus, tear-down premium pay, and retention pay programs subject to qualifications.

- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement of 21
