Job Summary
Oversee total store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 21, while meeting physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required for this role.

- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 21
