Job Summary
Oversee total store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. Handle physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Prior retail management experience
- Minimum age requirement of 21
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours

- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
