Job Summary
Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. Perform physical duties including standing or walking 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required for this role.

- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must have a flexible schedule
