Job Summary
Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds required for physical demands. Minimum age of 21 is necessary, and prior retail management experience is required. This role is specifically for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
