Job Summary
Oversee and manage the total operation of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Direct staff for setup, pack-up, teardown, merchandising, inventory control, and shrink management. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds required for physical demands. This role is exclusively for candidates with prior Store Manager experience at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Prior retail management experience
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to set up fixtures
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
