Oversee total store operations to maximize sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Ensure compliance with age requirements and physical demands involving 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires prior retail management experience and a flexible schedule. Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 to $20.75, with access to year-end bonus, tear down premium pay, and retention pay programs.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Prior retail management experience
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to set up fixtures
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
