Job Summary
Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink. Direct merchandising, inventory control, staffing, store setup, pack-up, and seasonal teardown operations. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 21. Handle physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires prior retail management experience. This role is open to candidates who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
