Job Summary
Oversee total store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule accommodating 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This role supports the seasonal retail division at Spirit Halloween.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Prior retail management experience
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to set up fixtures
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
